PUFFY'S CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup powder cocoa
4 Tbsp oleo, melted
I 14 oz can condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
2 3 cups miniature marshmallows

METHOD

I . In a saucepan, put in condensed milk.
2. Add the sifted powder cocoa, stir and mix in.
3. Heat over low heat.
4. Add the melted oleo.
5. Heat until well mixed.
6. Cool. Add vanilla, whipped cream and marshmallows.

PUFFY'S CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES
(NEWMIES)

INGREDIENTS

2 c. white sugar
1/2c. oleo or butter
V2c. milk
3 c. quick oats
I c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4c. cocoa powder
I tsp. vanilla

METHOD

I . Mix sugar, oleo, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
2. Immediately remove saucepan from heat and add oats, crumbs, cocoa, and vanilla.
3. Immediately drop by spoonsful onto a lightly buttered cookie sheet.
4. Allow to dry in the open air.
5. Frost with plain white or colored frosting.

Note: This is a no bake cookie. Do not make them on a rainy day because they may not set up.
